For the best treatments, please be aware of the following:

Facilities

We provide changing rooms with locker facilities and a relaxation area. Robes, towels and wraps are all provided when necessary.

Appointments

Please arrive 15 minutes before your first appointment to allow time for your confidential consultation. In the event that you are late, we will be happy to provide the remaining portion of the allocated treatment time. Otherwise, your treatment may have to be rescheduled.

Payment terms

For all packages or group bookings, a deposit of 50% is required at the time of booking to secure the appointment.

Cancellations

Due to our therapist's time being set aside exclusively for you, we request where possible that 24 hours of notice is given, otherwise 50% of the treatment price may be charged.

Mobile phones

We request that all mobile phones are switched off when in the salon as a courtesy to other clients.

Children

We regret that we cannot accommodate children in the salon.
